For retailersRetail media scan

Your numbers. Our homework. One hour.

A free working session with a founder: what your reach is worth, which advertisers would buy it, and what the first ninety days look like. You leave with one page you can put on the table internally.

60 min

With a founder who has run retail media before. Not a sales call.

3 numbers

Low, mid and high for year one, and where a mature network lands.

1 page

Findings, numbers and plan on one A4, within 48 hours.

What you get

No vague promises. A plan.

№ 01

Reach and inventory map

Where the media spots are in your webshop and app: category pages, search, product pages, cart, email. Which ones we would switch on first and why.

№ 02

Your revenue range

Low, mid and high for year one and for a mature network, based on your traffic, brand share and category. Your numbers, not the calculator benchmark.

№ 03

Demand check

Which advertisers and agencies in our network already buy your category, and what they would want from you. The budgets that never used to call you, by name.

№ 04

Data and privacy

What first-party data you have, what stays yours, and what a privacy-first setup looks like without rebuilding your stack.

№ 05

Your stores

What screens in your stores could earn, or what a rollout would take if you have none yet. Skipped if you sell online only.

№ 06

The ninety-day plan

Integration, sales story, first campaigns live. Who does what, in what order, and what you need from your side.

How it works

  1. 01

    You fill in the form

Two minutes. Company, webshop, rough size. No deck required.

  2. 02

    We do the homework

Your webshop, traffic, brands and stores, from public data and whatever you want to share. Before the call, not during it.

  3. 03

    One hour, real numbers

On site or online, with a founder. Within 48 hours you get the one-pager. Discuss it internally without us; we will not chase you.

Who it is for

Retailers with reach worth selling.

Webshops from roughly €5 million in online revenue, or chains with ten stores or more, in the Benelux. Smaller? Start with the calculator and talk to us once you get there.

The scan is free and commits you to nothing. If we work together afterwards, it is no cure, no pay: we earn when you do.

Where are you with retail media?

We reply within one business day. Your details go to the founders, not into a sequence.

Questions

Before you fill in the form.

Is the retail media scan really free?

Yes. No invoice, no obligation to work with us afterwards, and we do not chase you. It helps us too to know early whether there is a solid business case; that saves us both time.

Is this a retail media audit?

Call it what you like. An audit sounds like accountants; a scan is what it is: we go through your webshop, app, stores and data, put numbers on your reach and tell you which advertisers would buy it. You get the findings on one page.

What do you need from us?

Almost nothing beforehand. We work from public data: your webshop, traffic estimates, category, brands and store count. If you want a sharper number, share your monthly visitors, order count and share of branded products, under NDA if you prefer.

We only sell online. Is that a problem?

Not at all. Then we skip the in-store block and spend the time on onsite inventory, sponsored products, offsite extension and your first-party data. Online-only webshops are often the quickest to get live.

What happens after the scan?

You receive the one-pager within 48 hours and discuss it internally. If you want to proceed, we set up the network with you: technology, sales, campaign operations and creation, at no upfront cost. If not, you keep the plan. Many retailers use it to decide whether to build in-house, buy a platform, or work with us.

Who runs the scan?

One of the founders: people who have built and run retail media at retailers such as Bol, Ahold Delhaize, MediaMarkt and REWE, and who sell to advertisers and agencies every week. You get an operator, not a sales rep.
