New: the retail media calculator and the free scan

Every retailer with a webshop or stores has reach that brands are happy to pay for. The question we hear most is not whether that is true, but how much it adds up to. From today you can work it out yourself, and then have us check the maths.
The calculator: thirty seconds, one honest range
Enter your online revenue and your number of stores and you see straight away what retail media can realistically earn per year: a range from year one to a mature network, split into online and in-store screens. No email address, no account, no inflated figures.
The maths is deliberately conservative. Mid-market retailers land between 1 and 3% of online revenue after one to two years; the large marketplaces sit at 5 to 8%, but that is not where you start. In-store screens we count at €2,500 to €6,000 per store per year. Below the tool you can read exactly where those numbers come from.
What the calculator shows above all: media revenue is almost entirely margin. Half a million in retail media is the profit of roughly €17 million in extra product sales at a 3% margin.
Calculate what your reach is worth
The scan: your numbers, our homework, one hour
The calculator gives ballpark figures. The scan makes them concrete. You fill in a short form, we do the homework beforehand on your webshop, traffic, brands and stores, and then we spend an hour with you. With a founder who has run this before, not with an account manager.
You get a map of your media placements, a revenue range in low, mid and high, a check on which advertisers and agencies in our network already buy your category, and a plan for the first ninety days. Within 48 hours it is on one page you can put on the table internally.
The scan is free and commits you to nothing. If we work together afterwards it is, as always, no cure, no pay: we earn when you earn.
Who it is for
The calculator is for everyone. The scan is aimed at webshops from roughly €5 million in online revenue or chains with ten stores or more, in the Benelux. Smaller? Start with the calculator and come by once you get there.
